Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups wholemeal self raising flour
3/4 cup coconut water or milk of choice
2 apples, peeled and grated
1 egg
1 cup Adelia Fine Foods Almond, Apricot & Date Granola
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180c.
- Place all ingredients into large mixing bowl and mix until combined.
- Pour mixture into a lined loaf tin, spreading mixture evenly across the base.
- Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes until firm.
- Remove from loaf tin and allow to cook before slicing.
- Store in air tight container for up to 5 days.
