WHAT WILL I NEED
3 ½ cups of Superfoods Muesli
½ cup dried apricots, chopped
½ cup dried figs, chopped
½ cup LSA (linseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds)
½ cup honey 75g golden syrup
70g tahini
350g good quality dark chocolate, melted
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the superfoods muesli and figs on an oven tray and cook on a lightly greased deep baking tray approx. 30 * 20cm cook at 100°C for 20 minutes.
Warm the tahini, honey and golden syrup in a saucepan until melted.
Combine the Superfoods Muesli with the LSA and saucepan of tahini, honey and golden syrup while the liquid is still warm.
Once mixed scoop onto a lined tray. Place in fridge for 15 minutes then press down firmly in tray using a piece of baking paper to help compress the mix.
Once set take out of the fridge and drizzle ¾ of the melted chocolate over the top.
Let set in fridge then turn over and drizzle remaining chocolate.
Set in the fridge for an hour.
Once set cut into small squares or bars.
