Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum order? Minimum order of $300 (after any volume discounts). Smaller orders can order direct through website.

Can you add our logo or a personal message? Yes. You will need to provide any personalised material. We will not print or provide these. Discuss with our team if you have a particular idea in mind.

Can you send gifts to individual addresses? Yes. Send us a spreadsheet of names and addresses and we'll handle the rest. A per-address
delivery fee will apply.

How do you cater for dietary requirements? All Bellarine Brownie Company products are gluten-free, made in our dedicated gluten-free kitchen and endorsed by Coeliac Australia. We also have vegan and
dairy-free options. Tell us what you need and we'll recommend a mix.

How long do the products keep? It depends on the product. Our brownies keep for around 6 weeks and our granola for 12 months.
Every pack is labelled with its best-before date.

Can we pay by invoice? We can accept payment by direct bank transfer or credit card.
