Shipping Policy
We pack every order by hand at our kitchen in Ocean Grove, Victoria, and ship Australia-wide with Australia Post. We don’t currently ship internationally.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on orders over $80
- $14 flat rate on orders under $80
- Prices are shown in Australian Dollars.
When we dispatch
Orders placed before 12pm on a business day are usually packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day. You’ll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

These are Australia Post’s typical delivery times, not guarantees. Allow a little extra time in the busy weeks before Christmas.
Warm weather and chocolate products
Our brownies, blondies and rocky road are made with real chocolate, so we take extra care when it’s warm:
- During the warmer weather, chocolate orders are often packed with cool packs and insulated packaging.
- We typically don’t send chocolate orders late in the week (Thursday or Friday), so they don’t sit in a warm depot over the weekend. These orders go out the following Monday.
- On very hot days, we may hold your order for a day or two and let you know.
Chocolate can soften or bloom (develop a pale surface) in transit. It’s still perfectly safe and delicious, and it’ll firm up in the fridge. If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.

For best chance to receive your order before Christmas, please order by:

- WA, TAS and NT: 08Dec

Click and collect
Live locally? Select “Pick up” at checkout and collect your order free from our factory shop at 13–14 Sykes Place, Ocean Grove, Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm. We’ll email you when it’s ready.
