Loaded apple crumble squares


2 cups Adelia Fine Foods Honey Roasted Walnut & Fig Muesli
50g butter, melted
2 tbsp rice malt syrup
2 apples, peeled & grated


  1. Preheat oven to 180c.
  2. Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl, mix until combined.
  3. Spread mixture evenly across the base of a 20cm x 28cm lined slice tray, press mixture firmly down.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes until golden.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before placing on fridge to set for 1 hour.
  6. Slice into 8 squares, store in a airtight container in refrigerator for up to 7 days.
