1 1/2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
1/4 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1/2 Cup Adelia Fine Foods Cranberry & Macadamia Granola
- Place Chia seeds and coconut milk into small saucepan and simmer on a low heat for 3 minutes.
- Add blueberries to saucepan and simmer for a further 2 minutes.
- Serve chia seed and blueberry pudding into a bowl, add Cranberry and Macadamia Granola.
- Top with your favourite fresh fruit and a little extra coconut milk if you like.
