Quinoa, chia and date bircher muesli with pepitas and blueberries


1 cup Adelia Fine Foods Quinoa, Chia & Date Porridge
2 tablespoon honey, plus extra to serve
½ apple, grated
1 cup (250ml) cold-pressed apple juice or coconut water
1 cup (280g) plain (natural) yoghurt, plus extra, to serve
¼ cup (35g) pepitas
Handful of blueberries, to serve


1. Add the honey, apple and apple juice or coconut water to the porridge in a bowl.
2. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
3. Add the yoghurt and stir to combine.
4. Spoon into bowls and top with the extra yoghurt, pepitas, blueberries and extra honey to serve.
